YKSVP série de alta tensão conversor de frequência motor asíncrono trifásico (alta central 315-630) é a nossa empresa adotando tecnologia avançada nacional e estrangeira, combinando a experiência prática da nossa empresa na produção de motores de alta tensão conversor de frequência e estabelecido a série de produtos otimizados, é um produto atualizado com base no motor de alta tensão original da série YKS.
Esta série de produtos é sofisticada, bem fabricada, com altos índices de potência, pequeno ruído e vibração, alta confiabilidade, instalação fácil, manutenção e outras vantagens.
A classe de potência, o tamanho de instalação e o desempenho elétrico do motor elétrico desta série estão em conformidade com o padrão GB / T4772.1-2-1999 "Tamanho do motor rotativo e classe de potência de saída", GB755-2008 "Quota e desempenho do motor rotativo", e atingem o padrão nacional de eficiência energética de terceiro nível GB30254-2013 "Valor limite de eficiência do motor elétrico asíncrono de gaiola de alta tensão e grau de eficiência energética".
O método de resfriamento para motores elétricos desta série é IC01 ou IC81W de acordo com o padrão GB / T1993-1993 e IEC60034-5 "Método de resfriamento de motores rotativos", se o usuário solicitar outros métodos de resfriamento para negociação separada.
O método básico de instalação do motor elétrico desta série é a estrutura de pé de cintura horizontal (IMB3), em conformidade com GB / T997-2008 e IEC60034-7 "Classificação de tipos de estrutura de motor rotativo, tipo de instalação e posição da caixa de conexão (código IM)".
Os dados básicos dos motores abrangidos nesta amostra são os seguintes:
Número de assento: 315mm-630mm;

Esta série de produtos é principalmente aplicável a ventiladores, bombas de água, compressores, trituradores, máquinas de corte, máquinas de transporte e outros equipamentos mecânicos gerais ou outros equipamentos mecânicos semelhantes nas indústrias do petróleo, química, carvão, usinas elétricas, metalurgia, transporte, têxteis, medicina e processamento de alimentos.
YKSVP motor de alta tensãoCaracterísticas estruturais
O motor elétrico adota uma estrutura em forma de caixa, o suporte da máquina é soldado por uma placa de aço em forma de caixa, leve e rígida. O YKSVP está instalado no topo do motor com um refrigerador vazio-água.
O estátor usa a estrutura de carga externa, o enrolamento do estátor usa material de isolamento de grau 155 (F), o motor elétrico de 10kV usa medidas anti-corona confiáveis, a extremidade do enrolamento tem fixação e ligação confiáveis e é tratada com o processo de pintura sem solvente de impregnação de pressão de vácuo (VPI), portanto, o motor elétrico tem boas propriedades de isolamento, alta resistência mecânica, forte resistência à umidade e longa vida útil.
O rotor da gaiola do rato tem duas estruturas de alumínio fundido e barra de cobre, fabricado com um processo avançado e confiável de alumínio fundido ou processo de solda, e verificado pelo equilíbrio dinâmico, para que o motor funcione de forma suave e confiável.
Os rolamentos usam rolamentos rolantes e rolamentos deslizantes em duas formas, determinados pelo tamanho da potência do motor e pela velocidade de rotação alta e baixa, e os rolamentos rolantes têm um dispositivo de injeção de óleo sem parada.
A caixa de conexão principal é colocada no lado direito do motor elétrico (a partir da extensão do eixo), também pode ser colocada no lado esquerdo de acordo com as exigências do usuário, o interior e o exterior da caixa de conexão têm terminais de terra separados, quando a potência ≥ 2000kW, o motor tem uma caixa de conexão de ponto neutro.
Em partes importantes como enrolamento de estátor, rolamentos e outros, adicionar dispositivos de temperatura para facilitar o monitoramento a longa distância para garantir o funcionamento seguro e confiável do motor elétrico.

YKSVP motor de alta tensãoVisão geral
YKSVP série de alta tensão conversor de frequência motor asíncrono trifásico (alta central 315-630) é a nossa empresa adotando tecnologia avançada nacional e estrangeira, combinando a experiência prática da nossa empresa na produção de motores de alta tensão conversor de frequência e estabelecido a série de produtos otimizados, é um produto atualizado com base no motor de alta tensão original da série YKS.
Esta série de produtos é sofisticada, bem fabricada, com altos índices de potência, pequeno ruído e vibração, alta confiabilidade, instalação fácil, manutenção e outras vantagens.
A classe de potência, o tamanho de instalação e o desempenho elétrico do motor elétrico desta série estão em conformidade com o padrão GB / T4772.1-2-1999 "Tamanho do motor rotativo e classe de potência de saída", GB755-2008 "Quota e desempenho do motor rotativo", e atingem o padrão nacional de eficiência energética de terceiro nível GB30254-2013 "Valor limite de eficiência do motor elétrico asíncrono de gaiola de alta tensão e grau de eficiência energética".
O método de resfriamento para motores elétricos desta série é IC01 ou IC81W de acordo com o padrão GB / T1993-1993 e IEC60034-5 "Método de resfriamento de motores rotativos", se o usuário solicitar outros métodos de resfriamento para negociação separada.
O método básico de instalação do motor elétrico desta série é a estrutura de pé de cintura horizontal (IMB3), em conformidade com GB / T997-2008 e IEC60034-7 "Classificação de tipos de estrutura de motor rotativo, tipo de instalação e posição da caixa de conexão (código IM)".
Os dados básicos dos motores abrangidos nesta amostra são os seguintes:
Número de assento: 315mm-630mm;

Esta série de produtos é principalmente aplicável a ventiladores, bombas de água, compressores, trituradores, máquinas de corte, máquinas de transporte e outros equipamentos mecânicos gerais ou outros equipamentos mecânicos semelhantes nas indústrias do petróleo, química, carvão, usinas elétricas, metalurgia, transporte, têxteis, medicina e processamento de alimentos.
YKSVP motor de alta tensãoCaracterísticas estruturais
O motor elétrico adota uma estrutura em forma de caixa, o suporte da máquina é soldado por uma placa de aço em forma de caixa, leve e rígida. O YKSVP está instalado no topo do motor com um refrigerador vazio-água.
O estátor usa a estrutura de carga externa, o enrolamento do estátor usa material de isolamento de grau 155 (F), o motor elétrico de 10kV usa medidas anti-corona confiáveis, a extremidade do enrolamento tem fixação e ligação confiáveis e é tratada com o processo de pintura sem solvente de impregnação de pressão de vácuo (VPI), portanto, o motor elétrico tem boas propriedades de isolamento, alta resistência mecânica, forte resistência à umidade e longa vida útil.
O rotor da gaiola do rato tem duas estruturas de alumínio fundido e barra de cobre, fabricado com um processo avançado e confiável de alumínio fundido ou processo de solda, e verificado pelo equilíbrio dinâmico, para que o motor funcione de forma suave e confiável.
Os rolamentos usam rolamentos rolantes e rolamentos deslizantes em duas formas, determinados pelo tamanho da potência do motor e pela velocidade de rotação alta e baixa, e os rolamentos rolantes têm um dispositivo de injeção de óleo sem parada.
A caixa de conexão principal é colocada no lado direito do motor elétrico (a partir da extensão do eixo), também pode ser colocada no lado esquerdo de acordo com as exigências do usuário, o interior e o exterior da caixa de conexão têm terminais de terra separados, quando a potência ≥ 2000kW, o motor tem uma caixa de conexão de ponto neutro.
Em partes importantes como enrolamento de estátor, rolamentos e outros, adicionar dispositivos de temperatura para facilitar o monitoramento a longa distância para garantir o funcionamento seguro e confiável do motor elétrico.
